We have skilled Support Coordinators to assist you in setting up and managing the supports in your NDIS Plan

Our Support Coordinators at Key Assets Australia will work with you to understand and establish supports funded in your NDIS Plan. We will assist you to develop the skills to manage your supports and to also coordinate and liaise with other service providers in areas of complexity and assistance you may require.

We will also work with you to prepare for NDIS Plan Reviews, obtaining progress reports and summary reports for the NDIS regarding the progress you have made in your goals. We will also work alongside you and your support network to strengthen your understanding of your NDIS plan and increase your capacity to manage your plan in the longer term.

In addition, Support Coordinators can assist the participant to request an earlier plan review with a change in circumstances.
