Our Specialist Support Coordinators at Key Assets Australia will work with you to understand and establish supports funded in your NDIS Plan. They have extensive disability experience and can support you with any areas of complexity as part of coordinating your NDIS supports.

We will assist you to develop the skills to manage challenges in your support environment and ensure consistent delivery of service within the areas of complexity that you may require.

Our Support Coordinators will you for your NDIS Plan Reviews and by obtaining progress reports and in line with your goals. We will also work alongside you and your support network to strengthen your understanding of your NDIS plan and increase your capacity to manage your plan in the longer term.
