2021 Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards
Key Assets Australia amongst 54 submissions, were named as a Bronze finalist in the Small Employer Section
Jamie Hodgson (Chief Operating Officer), Meagan Probert (Practice Development Manager), James Isles (State Director-NSW) and Paula Holden (Chief People Officer) attended the 2021 Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards held in Sydney. The Annual awards recognise the leadership shown by Organisations such as ours that are leading the way towards inclusivity in the workplace. Each year nominees have to demonstrate progress against their previous submission, showing an ongoing commitment to inclusion in the workplace. We are excited to announce that through all our ongoing commitment to inclusion, Key Assets Australia, amongst 54 submissions, were named as a Bronze finalist in the Small Employer Section. This is quite a prestigious award, particularly given the calibre of other organisations that are put into the same category. A big shout out to Leanne Mills, National HR Manager, not only for all of her hard work in preparing the submission but also for all the work she does on making these initiatives happen every day. #AWEI #Inclusion #LGBTQ #WeAreKeyAssets #BronzeFinalist
