Key Assets Disability Services in South Australia
We take a person-centred, family-centred approach and work with children, young people, parents, and carers to understand individual needs and aspirations. We offer a number of services for children and young people living with disability. We work with all kinds of people.
We have extensive experience in working with children and families and welcome enquiries from parents and carers.
We specialise in supporting individuals who may have experienced childhood trauma – some live with their family, some with foster carers, and others live independently. Our particular strengths are in helping support children or young people who have been in care to reach their potential.
To be eligible for our services, the service user must be under the age of 18 years at the time of referral and have NDIS or other funding. The exception to the age requirement is when a young person in state care is turning 18 and leaving care. We then provide support so the young person transitions successfully from care and into independence.
